Leadville, Colorado 2018
June 28, 2018. We sold our motor home last year so we have rented a house in Leadville for July and August 2018. We really enjoy the trails around Silverton and Lake City but we were unable to secure a reasonably priced home to rent in the area. Lance with his fiancé Kaci, and Bryce, Deb, Gracie will be coming out beginning on August 4th to stay a week with us. Bryce will be driving out in his pickup and will bring the motorcycle he bought. The other four will be flying into the Denver airport. We are really looking forward to the trip. We don't know the trails around Leadville but it appears there will be some nice passes with beautiful views. We have a Can Am Maverick side by side that we will be taking with us on a trailer behind the Jeep. Our main challenge has been to load everything we feel we will need for the two months into the back of the Jeep but I think we probably have been successful. Here is a picture of our Can Am Mave...
